This project entails converting an existing building in Neath Town Centre to create 32 flats completed in 2023 for Linc Housing Association. 

This is another example of a partnership project turning a derelict building site into affordable housing for local people in Neath Town Centre.

 Neath is a  thriving town and community situated in the principal area of Neath Port Talbot, South Wales. The town is  located on the River Neath, seven  miles (11 km) east northeast of Swansea, which is the second largest city in Wales.  Neath has easy access to the M4.
