Life Property Group: A Year in Review - 2024

As we wrap up 2024, it's the perfect time to reflect on what has been an incredible year for Life Property Group. We've achieved so much, and we're excited to share some of the highlights with you.

This year, we proudly opened the show home at Llys Menevia, St David's. This exclusive development features eleven stunning properties, including a mix of detached houses, apartments, and semi-detached homes. Each property is designed with modern living in mind, boasting off-street parking, solar panels, and air source heat pumps.

We also completed our development at Ploughfields, Hereford, delivering ten high-quality homes that have already become a cherished part of the community.

Looking ahead, we're thrilled to announce that our developments at Pentrechwyth Road and Hirwaun have gained planning consent and are scheduled to start on site in 2025. The Pentrechwyth project will bring 36 new units to the area, while Hirwaun will add 41 more homes.

With a robust pipeline of projects, we're confident that 2025 will be another year of growth and achievement. We have approximately 450 plots at various stages of development, and we can't wait to get started on the projects that received consent in 2024.
