New Affordable Homes in Swansea Granted Planning Permission
We are thrilled to announce that Life Property Group Ltd, in partnership with Pobl Housing Association, has been granted planning permission for an exciting new development project in Swansea. The City and County of Swansea have approved our proposal to demolish existing structures and construct 34 affordable residential dwelling units on Pentrechwyth Road in, Swansea.
The approved development will consist of 5 pairs of semi-detached dwellings and 24 flats in two three-storey blocks. This project aims to provide high-quality, affordable housing to the community, enhancing the local area and contributing to Swansea's housing needs. The new residential units will feature contemporary designs and improved functionality to ensure a comfortable living experience for future residents. The development will include sustainable features such as air source heat pumps, bicycle storage facilities, and landscaped open spaces. Additionally, informal play areas will be provided for the benefit of residents. The project will adhere to stringent safety and environmental standards, including measures for dust suppression, noise mitigation, and ecological enhancement.
